Target has Layaway, Payment and Rain Checks Available in 2022
Target has stopped offering layaway plans in 2022. Customers can still receive monthly payments through third-party companies Affirm and Klarna. Target also offers 30-45-day rain checks for sale items not in stock at their store.
How does Target pay its customers?
Target has teamed with budget-friendly financial firms to enable customers to purchase now and make payments later.
QuadPay or Affirm are available to finance your purchase, interest-free. You can choose from any of the payment options above when you arrive at Target’s Checkout.
QuadPay makes it possible for customers immediately to enjoy the items they have ordered. QuadPay will break down your overall cost and make 4 installments over six weeks. QuadPay can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. It can be used at Target, as well.
Alternativly, Target.com customers can pay monthly Affirm.com payments or via the Affirm App when they purchase goods. Klarna offers customers the option to pay four smaller installments.
Even though interest is non-existent, it doesn’t mean that you won’t be charged if you miss a payment. They will regularly remind your email address and mobile phone, as well as sending letters to your postal address in the worst case. In the event that you fail to pay your online bill on time, they may charge a late payment.
