Walmart sells tobacco products including cigars, cigarettes, smokeless tobacco and rolling papers in some locations (not all of Canada or some states/countries) until 2022. In the United States, Walmart does not sell vapes, Juuls and vape juices.

Yes. Cigars can be purchased at Walmart and in other countries. You will need the same ID as for cigarettes.
Walmart’s selection of cigars is very similar to that found at small shops, gas stations, and bodega. These aren’t the “fine” cigars from Cuba, but humidor-stored Cuban cigars.

Does Walmart Sell Juul Pods?

Canadian Province Ontario became the first country to outlaw the sale and purchase of tobacco products through pharmacies. Because some Walmart stores have pharmacies, these stores had to cease selling tobacco products.
Walmart decided to discontinue selling tobacco products in all Canadian stores prior to the passage of 1994’s bill, rather than having different policies for different locations across the different provinces. Walmart has not sold cigarettes in Canada since then.
Walmart also sells cigarettes from a cashier-operated counter near the center. This register also offers loose tobacco, rolling papers and cigars. Walmart Canada does not sell tobacco products since 1994. Walmart does not offer e-cigarettes nor other vaping devices.
