According to USPS.com, you can learn this information in one of two ways.

What is the best way to pick up a USPS package?
The process of picking up your USPS parcel that has been held is very simple.
Be sure to bring with you your PS Form 3849 as well as your valid photo ID. This includes a driver’s licence for some and an ID card/passport or passport for others.
