Safeway demands that all female employees keep a good standard of hygiene. The company asks employees to stop biting nails, coughing or sneezing to their faces and to maintain a clean environment. For a professional appearance, all facial piercings should be avoided. For safety reasons, earrings should be smaller than usual and must be worn within the collar of a shirt.
